Registrations for CCTA2022 and workshops will open on Wednesday 8th June.

We have great expectations for this first post-pandemic CCTA! We look forward to meeting all of you in person again, in Trieste, a fascinating yet safe destination on the sea, and in a very pleasant season. Since we understand individual needs, we have also devised virtual registration fees for those of you who had their papers accepted but will be unable to attend in person. We understand your situation, and we will miss you! We also included a Virtual Fees for participants with no paper who may want to follow or come in touch with our community. You are all mostly welcome! As communicated by email, registrations will open on Wednesday 8th June. Virtual Fees with and without paper as well as Student fees are subject to BoG approval, and will be posted on that date.
Please read the information below before registering.  Please have your paper acceptance number and PaperPlaza ID ready at hand before registering, as well as your IEEE membership No. and billing details. You may pay by credit credit card, in euro only. The registration fee must be paid within the deadline for the final upload of accepted papers (Thursday 30th June).  Papers for which none of the authors is registered will not be included in the conference program.
The IN PERSON Registration Fee includes: 
  • access to the conference venue
  • 2 daily coffee breaks, 1 ticket for the welcome reception, 1 ticket for the farewell reception
  • 1 ticket for the social dinner**
  • paper upload
IEEE/CSS Members and Non Members: up to 2 papers uploads (the registrant must be a co-author of the associated paper(s) 
  • 6 pages/paper allowed, maximum 2 extra pages at additional cost
  • All benefits of the virtual registrations (described below) are included

  • Authors of TCST papers must pay full registration 
  • Workshops will be organized provided there is a minimum number of registrants. In case of cancellation the workshop fee will be refunded.
  • Accompanying persons may register for the whole social program. Alternatively you may buy extra dinner tickets (upon availability)

Terms and Conditions Confirmation After registering you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Should you not receive it, please check your spam email first and then contact the Help Desk . We strongly recommend that you read and check the confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors.  Invitation letters for visa or other uses If you need an Invitation Letter for Visa purposes please address your request to ccta2022@theoffice.it Invoice An invoice will be issued for your Registration. It is your personal responsibility to state whether you want it issued to you at your personal address or whether you want it made out to your Institute/Company and provide all requested info.  Participants requesting a new invoice with different data will be charged € 25. Cancellation of participation If an Author has uploaded a paper using his or her registration, the registration will not be refunded even if the paper is withdrawn or the author is unable to participate in the conference. Registered In presence participants without paper may cancel their registration up to July 15. After the conference they will receive the amount paid minus € 30 as administrative charges.  Only the Workshop Registration Fee will be refunded if the minimum number of registrants is not reached. Force Majeure  Unexpected cancellation of the conference. The organising commitee reserves itself the right to cancel without notice or compensation CCTA2022 in the event of force majeure cases (for example, but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, earthquake, hurricane, flood or terrorist attacks). In such cases, the organising commitee is freed of all responsibility. Limitation of liability. In the event of it being impossible to carry out the CCTA2022 for force majeure cases, so long as this arises from a cause not attributable to the organisers, the organisers shall only be obliged to reimburse the payments received subject to deduction of any costs it has incurred in preparing the event. This liability only extends to the payments made directly to the CCTA2022 and not to payments made by the attendees to the hotel or airlines.
